Warm Tips: Warranty Coverage

From the date of purchase of your liquid cooling system at our store：

During the warranty period, if the product is damaged due to non-user-induced reasons without
affecting other hardware components, CoolerIO provides a product replacement service (same model)instead of repair.
If the purchased product is discontinued, removed from sale, or upgraded, CoolerIO will offer an upgraded equivalent model as a replacement.
The replacement product will inherit the remaining warranty period of the original product or receive a 30-day warranty period, whichever is longer.

From the date of purchase of your liquid cooling system at our store：

During the warranty period，
if a product is damaged due to non-user-induced reasons and causes damage to other hardware components
we will return the affected hardware to the factory for inspection or submit it to a qualified third-party inspection agency for technical evaluation.
For leakage-induced damage,
the product will be replaced instead of repaired. Hardware damaged by leakage will be eligible for reimbursement based on the original purchase price under the following conditions。
