Important Notes, Warranty Coverage

From the date of your purchase of the liquid cooler in our store:

Products damaged due to non-human reasons during the warranty period, without damaging other hardware
COOLLEO provides a replacement service with the same model product instead of repair.
If the purchased product is discontinued, removed from sale, or upgraded, a replacement product of the same upgraded model will be provided.
The replacement product will carry the remaining warranty of the original product or a 30-day warranty period,
whichever is longer.

From the date of your purchase of the liquid cooler in our store:

Products damaged due to non-human reasons during the warranty period, damaging other hardware,
We will return the damaged hardware to the factory for inspection or
submit it to a third-party inspection agency with product quality inspection qualifications for testing.
Products damaged due to leakage will be replaced instead of repaired.
For hardware damaged due to leakage, we will provide compensation according to the purchase price as follows.
